Our FreshStart™ Employment Recruitment Division is designed to offer a second chance to those facing difficulties securing employment due to their criminal background (incarceration or arrest only), connection to the LGBTQ-A community, survivors of domestic violence, or transition from military service to civilian life. Our sincere commitment to promoting our clients’ mental well-being distinguishes us from others. We ensure that every client receives effective referrals for any support or wraparound services they may need. We are confident in our ability to guide our clients through the complex process of preparing for re-entry into the workforce and help them build their confidence in job interviews. Our ultimate goal is to identify and certify full-time, in-house hire and placement opportunities that lead to long-term, fulfilling careers.

We will provide top-tier candidates who are job-ready and well-suited to their field an opportunity to apply for targeted jobs. Our objective is to assist with preparing clients to ace the interview.  Most importantly, we will research each background-friendly employer to ensure the employment opportunity fits our client and the organization well.

FreshStart™ Workforce Readiness Program is game-changing and designed to provide individuals with the necessary training, skills, resources, and guidance to reintegrate into the workforce successfully. We offer a comprehensive curriculum that covers a wide range of topics, such as emotional intelligence, soft skills training, resume design, interpersonal and social skills training, ethics, integrity, and much more. Upon achieving the program requirements, participants will receive a certificate of successful completion.

Our practical approach includes guidance on interview etiquette, emotional intelligence, time management, and workplace etiquette. Our professional resume writing services also cater to individuals at any career level and those undergoing a career change or military-to-civilian transition.
